Wendy Johnson is a Broker Associate and Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) specializing in land sales across East and Northeast Texas, including areas east of Dallas. Since 2012, she has helped buyers and sellers successfully navigate farm and ranch properties, hunting land, recreational tracts, and rural acreage.

With over 14 years of real estate experience and a 15-year background as a paralegal, Wendy brings strong expertise in contracts, due diligence, easements, and complex land transactions. She is highly knowledgeable in agricultural exemptions, rollback taxes, water rights, and county-specific regulations across Collin, Hunt, Hopkins, Kaufman, Rains, Rockwall, Van Zandt, and Wood counties.
